This musical childrens-theatre performance features the Calefax Reed Quintet searching for life on Mars. When they ultimately find it, it appears to be only audible, not visible. The sounds and musical responses of the extraterrestrial were created by Wouter Snoei in the form of soundscapes. And Wouter’s composition Particles was used as a basis for the sound of the rocket.
